Steve Stark, executive producer of The Event, and Stefano Semeria renowned authority on transmedia content, are headlining Meeting Point Television at the Göteborg International Film Festival, February 2-3 2011.


The Göteborg International Film Festival is proud to present Meeting Point Television where the TV and film industry meets, discuss and learn more about current and future issues. Specially invited guests give onstage interviews and lectures, take part in discussions and present works in progress of upcoming TV series. This year we focus on cross/transmedia and converging media, 360 formats, online strategies and target groups. Welcome to Meeting Point Television!

Steve Stark, US, executive producer of the TV series The Event, premiering its second season in Scandinavia in February. Previously Steve Stark developed and served as the executive producer of CBS’ long running drama series Medium. (Presented in association with MediaXchange)



Stefano Semeria
, Switzerland, head of TV Program Planning at SFR (Swiss Television & Radio). Under the headline: 360 Babylon, he will give a lecture on distribution, online strategies and will sort out the concepts of crossmedia, transmedia, multiplatform and content 360. Prior to his new job at SFR Stefano Semeria was also the founder of allscreenz.com. The allscreenz partners continue to serve as a research and development agency with a focus on online video and transmedia content.
