Elvine official clothing partner of GIFF

Göteborg clothing brand Elvine dresses Göteborg International Film Festival for the festival 2010. On top of that, Ekta, the artist behind the festival poster has designed his own t-shirt collection for Elvine.

Elvine is named after the founder Daniel Mänd’s grandmother who was a seamstress in Estonia. Elvines collections are inspired by the city of Göteborg’s unrefined subcultures and the legacy of traditional craftsmanship which results in relaxed clothes with high quality – sophisticated clothes for unsophisticated behavior. Clothes that the creators behind them – and now also the festival creators – want to carry.

— It feels great to be able to join this cooperation between GIFF, Ekta and Elvine.
On one hand because we all come from Göteborg but on the other because it just feels natural, even though we all come from different trades, says Mattias Edenholm, from Elvine.
