Industry accreditation
Welcome to Scandinavia's leading film festival!
During eleven days, we screen roughly 450 films from 70 countries. There is also a large number of seminars, parties and other events to attend. Many of our activities are addressed exclusively to the industry, for example the Swedish industry days during the first festival weekend, when we welcome everyone who works within the Swedish film industry. It includes over 70 Swedish world previews, the Swedish Film Institute day, a film exhibition and many seminars. The awards Best Swedish Short Film, and the Best Swedish Novella Film are also announced.
Industry accreditation costs 1,150 SEK if you apply before December 20, thereafter the price is 1,350 SEK. The fee shall be paid via Internet as soon as your application is approved. Accreditation is personal and equipped with photo.
Collect your badge at the Industry- and Press centre at Stora Teatern, Kungsparken 1. The opening hours are:
Thursday 24/1- Friday 25/1: 14.00-19.00
Saturday 26/1- Sunday 3/2: 10.00-18.00
The accreditation includes the following:
All festival films
Once you have been accredited, you have access to all of the festival screenings (subject to availability). We do approximately 700 screenings of 450 films from 70 countries.
Special press and industry screenings
We arrange special screenings for those with accreditation. The schedule for these will be sent to you later in January. It will also be available on our website.
Industry and press centre
This year, the festival has a new centre for industry, guests and press. This is where you collect your accreditation badge. Our staff here offers you support and answers to all your questions about the festival. Here there will also be opportunities to have meetings. In our Industry Lounge and Festival Bar, you will be able to network with peers in the industry. We will return shortly with more information about the new centre.
Seminars, master classes, and works-in-progress
The Festival has an extensive seminar programme that consists of about 40 debates, master classes, works-in-progress, talks and meetings. Here you will meet directors, actors, producers, industry experts, and other guests at the festival. As an accredited visitor, you will also have access to most of the Festival's additional activities, such as concerts and parties as well as Studio Draken, the festival's talk show at Pustervik.
Video room
If you can’t attend a certain screening, most of the festival films are also available for you to watch in our video room. This is located at the industry and press centre. Contact details to sales agents can be found in the festival catalogue.
Nordic Film Market, 31 January – 3 February
With an industry accreditation, you have access to BioPalatset, where our international industry seminars are held. It addresses topics such as distribution, PR and production. You will also receive a discount on the seminar day TV Drama Vision that will be held 31 January. More information about Nordic Film Market and TV Drama Vision can be found here.
Industry guide
When you arrive to the festival, you will receive a festival guide with a map and schedule of all activities, as well as lists with contact details to all those accredited at the festival and the Nordic Film Market. Please let us know if you have further questions or need to get in touch with other guests.
