Last night out

After such an intense festival, you would perhaps expect a Sunday of calm, but no! Instead, we bang the big drum, bringing out two magical bands, one of whom will play their second gig ever right here at the festival. Musical artist Hans Appelqvist will wrap us in a Sunday mist of musical fantasies about the animal kingdom and in collaboration with KB Väst we present newly formed dream group Amason. A group of friends – Gustaf Ejstes (Dungen), Amanda Hollingby (Idiot Wind), Nils Törnqvist (Little Majorette), Petter Winnberg (Little Majorette) and Pontus Winnberg (Miike Snow) – one day decided to make some music together, adopting a 'keep it simple' attitude. They spent a few days in the studio and came up with some ideas. The ideas turned into songs. The songs turned into recordings. The members have in equal measure brought their past to the party and it shines through in the music. Having no clear vision for the future, they have decided to keep going as long as it's fun. In the words of Amason themselves: "If you don't have access to other chemical means, we hope that this will convey the experience of a road trip through Dalarna with/to a trip through Big Sur. If not, the combination is recommended."

Ditch the Sunday doldrums and come to Pustervik for a final festival orgy.
